Neal joins Long Beach commissioners 

California’s port of Long Beach has appointed Steven Neal to the board of harbour commissioners. 

Neal was appointed to a six-year term and is replacing commissioner Lori Ann Guzmán, whose term began in December 2013 and ends on August 12, as HLPFI reported here
