Schryver Del Ecuador has handled a shipment of eight heat exchangers for a petroleum plant expansion project in the Ecuadorian jungle.
The exchangers ranged in weight from 45 tons (40.8 tonnes) to 65 tons (60 tonnes). Two of the units were shipped from the port of Buenaventura in Colombia to Guayaquil in Ecuador, and then transported to the project site in Quito.
The remaining six units were transported by road from the factory in Cali, Colombia directly to the project site.
