Changes at the top for UHL

United Heavy Lift (UHL) has appointed Lars Bonnesen as managing director and Christian Monsted as general manager, as Lars Rolner takes on the position of managing director of the holding company, United Shipping Group.

Bonnesen, Scan-Trans founder and former European chartering director at Intermarine, and Monsted, former Scan-Trans partner and Middle East regional director at Intermarine, will have a combined 25 percent stake in UHL

Andreas Rolner, currently responsible for the project department, and Nicolas Dallmann, chief financial officer, have also been appointed as managing directors of UHL.

UHL, which is also opening an office in Denmark, said the appointments will support the company’s plans to expand its market presence.
