May 19 - Singapore Airlines' (SIA) wholly-owned subsidiary, SIA Cargo, is to be re-integrated as a cargo division within SIA.

SIA Cargo became a separate company within the SIA Group in July 2001, in order to grow its fleet of Boeing

The re-integration is intended to improve efficiency through greater synergy with the wider SIA Group and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2018.

SIA Cargo's fleet of seven B747-400F aircraft will continue to be operated, which the airline utilise to handle out-of-gauge cargo and high-volume transportation.
