Technology throughout the next decade will take centre stage at the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association’s (SC&RA) upcoming symposium, which takes place at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel in North Carolina from February 18-21.

SC&RA’s Specialized Transportation Symposium (STS) will bring together more than 550 attendees from across the industry, including operations managers; safety directors and managers; pilot car professionals; permitting officials; and state and federal permitting and bridge engineer officials.

SC&RA’s vice president of transportation, Steven Todd, said: “We have requested our speakers to focus on what our membership should expect to see from technology, and just as importantly, solutions for employing new technologies by 2030.”

Registration is now open for the STS 2020. To see a full list of topics and speakers, visit: www.scranet.org/symposium2020.
