Gus Chalos has acquired full ownership of Houston-based Braid Projects (USA) and the company will rebrand as Xios Global.
Chalos previously served as president of Braid Projects. He will continue to be responsible for the operational and commercial direction of the company.
Xios Global will provide general forwarding, Customs formalities, packing, warehousing and distribution services, along with services across all modes of transport.
Chalos said: “While the name will change from Braid Projects USA to Xios Global, the unparalleled level of service and the commitment that our customers have come to expect from our team over the years will not. This move will afford us the opportunity to entirely focus on our core competencies for project cargo logistics, project management and administration, and supply chain logistics.”
The company is a member of the Priority Cargo Network.
