Dellner Bubenzer has acquired Hydratech Industries – a Denmark-based supplier of high-end hydraulic systems, cylinders and accumulators for wind, offshore, marine and other industry applications.
This deal is the next step for Sweden’s Dellner Bubenzer as it aims to become a leading global supplier of brakes and related power transmission products. With this acquisition it brings in 300 employees and manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Czech Republic, India, USA and China and other service and repair divisions.
The company will trade as Dellner Hydratech.
