The project involved 34 packages, including shipper-owned containers, with Go Gauge Logistics chartering the vessel, lifting the units with heavy lift mobile cranes and organising the heavy haulage with the assistance of a professional escort. The company was also responsible for the stevedoring activities.

One of the critical aspects of this operation was the strict timeline set by the client. “They needed a heavy lift vessel with a shorter transit time, to which Go Gauge Logistics assisted them in finding the most suitable solution,” the company explained.

Throughout the entire process, Go Gauge Logistics meticulously addressed potential risks and implemented robust mitigation strategies.
