Management restructure at Lachmann

January 2 - Maria Isabel von Lachmann is leaving her position as ceo of Brazil-headquartered Lachmann Companies to become chairman of the board of directors.

Antonio Carvalho has been appointed as Lachmann's new ceo.

Carvalho has worked at Lachmann since 2000 and most recently held the position of corporate commercial director.
