PPG starts year with new members

January 3 - the Project Professionals Group (PPG) has begun 2012 by making new member appointments in Nigeria and Taiwan.

PPG general manager Kevin Stephens said that he was pleased to announce that Lagos-based MAS Global Express and Logistics would represent the network in Nigeria and that the company's extensive national network would be particularly beneficial to PPG members in providing supply chain solutions for Nigeria's oil and gas industries.

Taipei-headquartered Triple Eagle Forwarding has been appointed as a new member in Taiwan. With its connections and knowledge of project forwarding throughout the Far East, was said by Stephens to be a "total logistics provider."

He added "I am confident that the PPG will continue to grow in 2012 providing access to a quality network of project forwarders which are committed to combining their resources and skills that meet the demands of increasingly complex transportation needs."
