Liebherr is Select-ed

August 13 - UK based Select Plant Hire has strengthened its heavy lift capabilities with the delivery of a 200-tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1200 all-terrain crane.

This marks the company's 14th crane delivery in the past 12 months. Select has invested in six crawler and eight mobile cranes from Liebherr.

The LTM 1200 features a seven-section, 72 m long telescopic boom, which can be extended with a 7 m lattice jib and 36 m swing away extension. Select says that the model offers an ideal combination of extensive reach and outstanding lifting capacities.

The arrival of the new Liebherr crane will help meet demand for lifting solutions at construction and infrastructure projects across the UK, said Select.
