January 21 - Global logistics provider Dachser has acquired Spanish air and sea freight logistics provider, Transunion.
The Transunion acquisition is part of Dachser's strategic growth programme to expand its worldwide network.
Transunion employs over 200 employees at eight Spanish locations, and across six offices in Turkey and Latin America.
Dacher is now well positioned in the Spanish market, following the buyout of overland freight specialist Azkar in December 2012. Dacsher claims that the two acquisitions will enable it to effectively serve its customers on the Iberian Peninsula.
