May 25 - A training course for project forwarders that focuses on interactive real-world scenarios will be held in Brazil for the first time from June 13-14, 2011.

The ISO-accredited Certificate of Achievement in Project Cargo Management training course will be held in Rio de Janeiro at the Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Copacabana.

The non-technical course has been specifically designed to fast track integrated logistics management skills and better position companies to overcome the skills shortage in the industry, say the course trainers Kevin Stephens, the founder and general manager of international 3PL network the Project Professionals Group, and Rodger Hallwho has extensive experience teaching project communication skills.

The course has been held in Mumbai, Singapore, Bremen, Houston and Perth and is open to anyone involved with heavy lift, project cargo and over dimensional freight forwarding.

The training precedes the Project Professionals Group annual conference at the same venue from June 15-17.

Course registration information, including testimonials, is available by following the education course link atwww.ppgprojects.com or email kevinstephens@ppgprojects.com

Mr Stephens said businesses seeking to maximise growth opportunities, particularly in South America, would not have a better opportunity to invest in practical training that was designed to refresh how employees think about project forwarding, and assist those not so experienced to be work-ready to
tackle increased responsibilities.
