October 17 - Wade Battles, ex-managing director of the Port of Houston Authority (PHA) has joined Halcrow Inc to head up its Houston office as vice president and regional manager.
Mr Battles brings with him knowledge of not only the Houston market, but of the wider port and maritime sectors from both a public and private perspective.
