Mammoet in Meyer takeover

Mammoet has agreed to acquire heavy lifting, installation and assembly specialist Meyer Anlagenbau.

The deal will strengthen Mammoet’s position in southwestern Germany, incorporating Meyer’s local market and heavy installation expertise.

Eberhard Jung, former managing director of Meyer, said: “Having worked together successfully for over five years, we know that Mammoet is the right company to expand our business. Our two companies share a similar regional approach and culture.”

Mammoet drew attention to a shared commitment to safety and quality. Jens Krawczynski, managing director of Mammoet Germany, added: “Mammoet’s innovative thinking and global reach, combined with Meyer’s installation expertise and local presence, has delivered highly effective synergies for installation projects across the region. This acquisition extends our strong working relationship.”
