ACS promotes Thompson

November 27 - Richard Thompson has been appointed president of Air Charter Service's (ACS) North America operations.

Thompson, who will be responsible for ACS's operations in New York, California, Texas and Canada, takes over from Andy Christie, who has been promoted to group director of ACS's private jet charter division.

Having moved to the company's New York office in 2011, Thompson first took over the role of cargo director, before being appointed executive vice president of ACS North America.
