Now in its seventh year, the Heavy Lift Awards is once again taking place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Taking place on October 22, this year’s awards ceremony includes a new category aimed at better representing the complex project cargo shipping segment.

The Heavy Lift Awards celebrates the achievements of the project cargo supply chain and includes 12 categories to capture the breadth of expertise in the market. Our 2025 category line-up includes returning awards:

New for this year, is the Ship Operator of the Year – Non-Geared category, sponsored by Faymonville Group. This award will be presented to a carrier that operates non-geared vessels (i.e. containerships, ro-ro carriers, semi-submersible deck carriers, general cargo ships) and has demonstrated its ability to successfully and efficiently support the movement of heavy and oversize project cargoes around the world by sea in the past 12 months.

Entries can now be submitted on the Heavy Lift Awards website and you have until May 23 to finalise your entries as well as take advantage of our early bird booking prices.
