Andreone joins PRPA board

Rita Andreone has been appointed to the Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) board of directors for a term of three years, effective June 2, 2019.

Andreone has over 30 years of experience in corporate commercial law and works in risk management and corporate governance. She replaces board member Bruce Hallsor, who has been a member of the board since February 2013. 

Ken Clayton has also been re-elected to the board. He has served on the board since 2014 and is chair of the major projects committee.
