The acquisition broadens Casper Group’s service portfolio, boosting its logistics and freight forwarding capabilities in the abnormal load and project cargo segment. For Johnson Partners, it will benefit from Casper’s larger and well-established network of companies.

Johnson Partners becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Casper Group and will continue to operate from its Teesside base, leveraging the strategic advantages offered by the region’s developments, including initiatives like Teesside Freeport and Teesworks.
