The Ulsan office expands the presence of Denzai Korea Corporation, which was established in October 2020 with an office in Seoul.

Earlier this year, Denzai expanded its operations through the formation of a joint venture company in Saudi Arabia with FTE Logistics. It followed the establishment of Denzai Arabia in October 2023 and was established to capitalise on the opportunities from the wind power construction sector as well as to provide crane and heavy lifting services.

Elsewhere, Denzai Vietnam Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vietnam-based heavy lift and transportation company Infinity Logistics. The aim of the MoU is to collaborate on transportation projects in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, with a focus on the construction of onshore and offshore wind farms as well as oil and gas projects.
