Fracht Group has acquired its longstanding partner Wil-Haven in Chile and Peru, strengthening its presence in Latin America.
Wil-Haven was founded in 2011 and is specialised in the mining and energy industry offering tailor-made solutions to its customers. Fracht said that it is an excellent fit to complement its global service capabilities in general cargo as well as project forwarding.
The management and all employees of Wil-Haven remain with the company.
