Bertling Logistics has appointed Rasmus Frandsen as director of business development in Houston, USA, effective April 12, 2021.
Frandsen joins the company from shipping line Intermarine and brings extensive chartering and project experience to the role, according to Bertling.
Steve Walter, general manager of Bertling in Houston, said: “In his new role at Bertling Logistics, Rasmus will boost our commercial activities in North America… He has a well-established network in the country and knows the ‘who’s who’ in our target industries.”
Bertling said that going forward, Walter and Frandsen would work closely together to raise awareness of the company’s expertise and capabilities in the US market.
