Forth Ports’ Group ceo Charles Hammond will step down from his role at the end of June 2024 and will be succeeded by Stuart Wallace, the company’s current chief operating officer.
Wallace will work with Hammond over the next six months to ensure a smooth transition prior to his departure and will assume his new position on July 1, 2024.
Hammond will have served as the ceo of Forth Ports for more than 23 years when he steps down next year. Last month, he stood down from his role as chair of the UK Major Ports Group (UKMPG) after 10 years at the helm.
