Manufacturer Manitowoc has appointed Joern Henselmans as vice president and general manager for Grove all-terrain cranes.
In his new role, Henselmans is responsible for operations, purchasing, engineering, new product development, quality, human resources, and safety at the Manitowoc facility in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. He will report to Les Middleton, executive vice president Americas and EU mobile cranes at Manitowoc Company.
“Joern brings with him an extensive knowledge of our Grove all-terrain product line, manufacturing expertise as well as related processes, combined with close relationships to Manitowoc teams,” said Middleton.
Most recently, Henselmans served as vice president, operations, senior director of quality and director of manufacturing at Manitowoc. He joined Manitowoc in October 2013.
