Port Freeport in Texas, USA, has appointed John Hoss as chairman of the port commission and Rudy Santos as vice chairman.
Hoss has served on the port commission since 2011 and was most recently assistant secretary.
He said: “I am excited to have the opportunity to lead the port commission during this time of growth and momentum on the Freeport harbour channel deepening and partial widening project.”
