Craig Jasienski has stepped down as president and ceo of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, effective immediately.
Jasienski has held various positions within the group for more than 30 years.
The board of Wallenius Wilhelmsen will initiate a process to find a permanent ceo. In the meantime, current chief financial officer, Torbjørn Wist, will assume the role of acting ceo.
Wist joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen as executive vice president and chief financial officer on October 1, 2020.
