Antwerp-based Steelduxx, SevenLog Ghana, Japan’s TST Yokohama and Portugal-based Grupo ETE have formed the Nanami Shipping joint venture.

The joint venture brings together stakeholders from Asia, Europe and Africa. It will provide services in marine chartering, freight forwarding, marine technical services, ship management, agency and maritime services, and consultancy.

Steelduxx said the alliance brings the right people, assets and extensive know-how to its client’s business and will be the missing link in the trade from Japan to Africa and Europe.
