USA-based Oxbo Mega Transport Solutions has promoted Andy Hulings to chief operating officer.
Hulings has been with the Oxbo for more than 22 years, steadily rising through the ranks and supporting the development of the company’s operational strategy, while executing some of its most complex and high-profile projects. In 2023, he was named one of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association’s (SC&RA) top four under 40.
In his new role, Hulings will oversee company-wide operations, supporting Oxbo’s continued growth. His focus will be on aligning processes and procedures across all branches to support a consistent, high standard of service for clients.
