Germany-headquartered Hoppe Marine and Indian software firm Admaren have teamed up to launch SecureLoad Systems, a joint venture (JV) aimed at modernising vessel loading, stability assessment and cargo planning across global fleets.
In 2018, Admaren began building web-native cargo tools and later partnered with Hoppe to develop a new-generation loading computer. Through SecureLoad Systems, the two companies aim to enhance their respective existing product suite to better serve the breakbulk and project cargo market.
“For many years, the loading-computer space has seen little real innovation,” said Lothar Beinke, general manager, Hoppe Marine. “This is a significant step in which loading-computer hydrostatic data moves beyond regulatory compliance and becomes an active planning tool for safer, better-engineered stowage.”

Marc Rohde, general manager, Hoppe Marine, added: “SecureLoad has outgrown its origins as a project and matured into a comprehensive platform.”
SecureLoad’s 3D visualisation and optimisation engine helps users solve complex loading and stability problems quickly.
“Cargo planning should be fast, safe and transparent,” said Nikhil Mathew, ceo, SecureLoad Systems, who said the system brings ”engineering accuracy and modern usability into one environment. This joint venture keeps us fully focused on strengthening and scaling that vision globally”.
SecureLoad Systems will now prioritise advancing its loading computer and fleet cargo planner, strengthening core modules, expanding capabilities, and improving ship-shore connectivity and multi-user cooperation in a single shared place.
HLPFI reported in February that Admaren had set out to boost collaboration, efficiency, and real-time decision-making for EPCs, freight forwarders, and ship charterers with its cloud-based platforms.
