Ro-ro carrier Wallenius SOL has appointed Jarno Kurtti as sales manager in Finland.
With over 20 years of experience in the global logistics and transport sector, Kurtti joins Wallenius SOL from DHL Global Forwarding where he most recently served as key account manager.
In his role as sales manager Finland, he will be based at the newly opened Wallenius SOL office in Oulu but will be working with clients across the whole of Finland and the Nordic region.
Petri Nikupeteri, commercial manager Nordics at Wallenius SOL, said: “His deep understanding of the import and export flows, as well as the industry in the north, will play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to support the industry with our sustainable and reliable logistic infrastructure.”
