Levent Özkan has joined Arkas Logistics as group manager of its CIS, Black Sea and Middle East offices.
Özkan previously worked as country sales manager for the UAE at Hareket.
In his role at Arkas, he will work with the company’s offices in Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
