October 23 - Liebherr has opened a new sales and service location in Bogota, Colombia.
Headquartered in Barranquilla, Liebherr Colombia was founded in 2011 as a sales and service company for mining equipment, but now handles a range of models, including mobile harbour cranes and crawler cranes.
Liebherr explained that its new site in Colombia was opened in response to rising demand from the mining, energy and oil processing industries, as well as a number of long-term infrastructure projects.
