April 14 - Air Charter Service (ACS) arranged over 9,000 aircraft charter contracts in 2014, an increase of more than 20 percent compared with 2013.

ACS group ceo Justin Bowman explained that the company saw a rise in almost every division across its 18 offices, with all three of its divisions posting double-digit percentage growth.

"We have seen constant year-on-year growth for several years, but this is the largest single jump in charter numbers that we've ever had. The figure means that, on average, we book just over one charter contract an hour, every hour of every day, many consisting of multiple sectors," added Bowman.
