April 10 - The final 6 MW turbine has been installed at the Westermost Rough offshore wind farm by A2SEA's jack-up vessel Sea Challenger.
Located off the UK's east coast, Westermost Rough is the first offshore wind farm to make commercial use of the Siemens 6 MW wind turbine.
The 35 Siemens turbines have all been installed by the purpose-built vessel Sea Challenger. Construction of the wind farm has been managed from DONG Energy's office in Grimsby.
