December 9 - Effective immediately, Eric W. Kirchner has resigned as chief executive officer of UTi Worldwide and will be replaced by Edward G. Feitzinger.
Feitzinger, who has been with UTi since 2012, serving most recently as executive vice president of global operations, was elected to the position by the company's board of directors.
