March 4 - Captain Graham Westgarth has joined the board of Seagull AS, a provider of complete training solutions for seafarers.
Westgarth is current chairman of Intertanko - the International Association of Independent Tank Owners - and former president of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) operator, Teekay.
