China-based Protranser has coordinated the delivery of three tanks from Zhangjiagang to a hydrogen plant project in Leipzig, Germany.
Each tank weighed 103 tonnes and measured 31.9 m x 4.45 m x 4.5 m. Protranser picked up the cargoes from the factory and transported them to Zhangjiagang port by truck.
The company was also responsible for chartering a suitable breakbulk vessel for transport to Cuxhaven, as well as chartering a barge for onward shipment to Leipzig.
