March 21 - Last week, HLPFI reported that Dutch dredging and marine contractor Boskalis had secured 99 percent of the share capital in semi-submersible heavy lift specialist, Dockwise (http://tinyurl.com/cktcaxk).
Boskalis has now initiated a statutory squeeze-out procedure of the remaining Dockwise shares. Boskalis will acquire the final one percent at a price of EUR18.50 per share, cum dividend. www.boskalis.com
