ESTA declares EC heavy transport proposals as a ‘step in the right direction’

The European association of abnormal road transport and mobile cranes (ESTA) has welcomed detailed proposals put forth by the European Commission (EC) on the weights and dimensions of heavy-duty vehicles allowed to operate on Europe’s roads, along with regulations governing heavy and abnormal transport.
