GAC appointed Thorco agent

March 18 - GAC Singapore has been appointed by Thorco Shipping to provide agency services for its vessels calling at Jurong port.

The agreement will see GAC handle the loading and unloading of breakbulk and heavy lift cargoes for the Danish shipping company.

GAC Singapore managing director Ronald Lichtenecker explained that GAC has recently expanded its team to include experienced breakbulk specialists in order to meet the needs of Thorco.
