Globalink Logistics has added 35 heavy-duty prime movers from Sitrak to its heavy haulage fleet.
The 540 HP 6 x 4 tractor units are “crucial for improving the efficiency of trade routes between China, Central Asia, and the Türkiye-Black Sea region”, said Globalink. The Sitrak brand is a result of a collaboration between China’s Sinotruk and Germany’s MAN.
Siddique Khan, ceo of Globalink, said that the trucks meet European quality standards and are equipped with advanced engine technologies and efficient drivelines that reduce emissions and lower fuel consumption. He added that the robustness of the trucks makes them particularly well-suited for Central Asia’s challenging terrains and extreme weather conditions.
In addition to the trucks, Globalink has enhanced its industrial projects unit – which specialises in project logistics solutions for the power generation, energy, oil and gas, and mining sectors – with a diverse range of trailers.
