Built at Royal T Shipyards, the vessel measures 118.6 m long, with a beam of 14.3 m, and features a full-box cargo hold of 329,700 cu ft (9,336.1 cu m). The vessel is equipped with a diesel-electric propulsion system and advanced energy management, delivering lower fuel consumption, reduced emissions and improved operational flexibility. Like her sister vessels, Vertom Quina is engineered with future alternative fuels in mind.

Throughout the series, operational feedback from Vertom’s crews, newbuilding team, and shore organisation was closely integrated into the design and construction process. Vertom said this hands-on collaboration allowed for continuous optimisation, resulting in a fleet that performs consistently well across operational, environmental and commercial criteria.
