SAL Heavy Lift’s vessel Svenja has completed 20 journeys delivering components for the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm in France.
SAL mobilised Svenja to the port of Eemshaven in the Netherlands following the completion of the Hornsea 2 wind farm in the North Sea.
The transports began in February 2021, with the last one in early October. In total, 80 monopiles and 80 transition pieces were delivered for the Saint-Nazaire project.
