Freja rings the changes

Former Freja Denmark managing director Ulrik Rasmussen is replacing Jørgen Hansen as group ceo.

Hansen, who has led the company for 34 years, will become chairman of the board of Freja Holding.

Succeeding Rasmussen is Jan Sunde, who will continue with his responsibilities as regional director, Denmark West for Freja until a replacement is found to fill that post.

Nicolai Præstholm, meanwhile, who is currently a member of the Freja Holding board, takes on the role of group business development director. He will leave the board at the upcoming general assembly.
