Manitowoc appoints Asia-Pacific dealers

October 31 - Manitowoc has appointed Hong Kong-based Rainbow Ace and Vietnam-based Tuyet Nga (TNC) as its Grove dealers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Both Rainbow Ace and TNC will sell the full line of Grove all terrain, rough terrain and truck cranes as well as offering Manitowoc Crane Care customer support.

According to Manitowoc, the appointments support the growing demand in the region for its range of mobile cranes.

Chow Kwok Kei, general manager at Rainbow Ace, believes there will be a strong interest in the Grove brand now that Rainbow Ace is offering dedicated, in-country representation.

Tran Kim Dzung, general director of TNC, said the company expects to supply cranes to several growing business sectors, such as construction, oil and gas, mining and power generation.
