Conceptum handles autoclave shipment

Conceptum Logistics has transported an autoclave from Germany to China.

The components, the largest of which weighed 140 tons (127 tonnes), were loaded onto specialised trucks at the shipper’s factory for overnight transportation to the loading quay on an inland waterway channel.

The components were loaded onto a barge under the supervision and coordination of Conceptum Logistics Hamburg.

The cargoes were subsequently transported to Antwerp for direct loading onto a seagoing vessel. Once safely stowed and lashed, the autoclave components were transported to the port of Shanghai.
