Allport rebrands

January 16 - Allport, one of the UK's largest freight forwarding and logistics concerns, has formally rebranded under the banner - Allport Cargo Services.

The Allport Cargo Services identity was rolled out though the course of 2012, being implemented by subsidiary companies and joint ventures in thirty countries worldwide. January 1, 2013 signified the UK launch of the new corporate identity.

The launch of Allport Cargo Services coincided with the company's 50th anniversary.

On January 12, 30 overseas partners and 1,400 colleagues joined the company at a party in London's Battersea Park to celebrate the two milestones.

At the event, Jerry Gray and Danny Clayton were formally introduced as joint group managing directors.

Furthermore, a new Allport Cargo Services website has been launched to support the rebrand.
