Busy time for V. Alexander

September 18 - V. Alexander has organised the delivery of a further three ESPREE reactors from the German inland port of Dresden to Belgium for a polypropylene-plant-project, involving a combined truck/barge/truck operation, plus surveys at both loading a

The first unit weighed in at 29 tonnes, measuring 10.6 m x 4.9 m x 4.6 m; the second was 73.5 tonnes, measuring 15 m x 4.5 m x 4.6 m; the third was 21.8 tonnes, measuring 8.7 m x 3 m x 3.1 m.

The three reactors follow a larger reactor delivered to the plant recently, as reported here last week.

In Oudegem, Belgium, the company's own certified surveyors have also carried out an inspection and survey on cargo, consisting of heavy turbines and generators, heading for Yemen.

The cargo is being brought by V. Alexander to Antwerp, to be loaded onto 12 m flat racks and into 12 m high cube containers, before being shipped to the port of Hodeidah, Yemen, where the various items will be installed at the premises of an oil company.
