April 8 - Terex Cranes has opened a new product support location in Singapore which will be managed by newly appointed sales and customer support leader for Southeast Asia, Bradley Abrahams.
Situated in the southwestern area of Singapore, close to some of the largest lifting contractors in Asia and Singapore's future new port location, Terex Cranes' new facility is shared with three other Terex business segments: Aerial Work Platforms, Construction and Material Handling, and Port Solutions.
The product support centre's team of service technicians will approach distributors in the region and support them with training, technical support and parts fulfilment for the whole Terex Cranes product range, explained the manufacturer.
"The appointment of Bradley Abrahams and our new product support location in Singapore are important milestones that will enable us to support our distributors to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers," said Terex Cranes' president, Tim Ford.
Abrahams brings extensive experience in the construction equipment industry to the new product support locations, having held positions as sales director for Terex Aerial Work Platforms and general manager for Terex Equipment, Middle East.
