The certificate recognises companies that demonstrate a commitment to health and safety management. It also highlights businesses that have developed practices for continual improvement, balancing risks and opportunities, while also maintaining employee engagement and commitment, said ALE.

The updated ISO 45001 accreditation is aligned with other global standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which ALE is already certified in.
